Downloading Captivate 6

hello,

 

i purchased subscription (1 year) adobe captivate 6 today.

if click on "download" link "my orders", error message "temporarily unavailable".

 

i error using different browsers (ie 9, chrome) , while connected different networks (home, corporate).

 

i tried downloading random trial versions of other software, , same error page once click on "try" link "download" page. error message while using different computer.

 

i'm using windows 7, 64bit version, colleague couldn't download on mac either.

 

is there issue downloads today?

and activate serial number.

 

if have dl problem, didn't follow 7 steps.

i using ubuntu desktop on lucid , keyboard changes british keys american keys, #/£, ~/| , "/@ around. in system->preferences->keyboard menu have set keyboard uk. when log via putty uk keys come out right. there other place more configuration required? /vfclistsguy actually settings should enough.. can try setxkbmap -query see current layout settings. how do I change the e-mail address for my merchant account
