is allowed embed video in files? products ships detailed files explained intent , purpose of publication , best practices how use product. since people video instructions, want provide video @ end of written tutorial in pdf files.

you can embed video in pdf files. have done it. adobe keeps changing rules playback can problemsome. there called legacy method. there method used embedded flash player. removed embedded flashplayer. i'd recommend if feasible post video on external website , have user open link pdf.

i using ubuntu desktop on lucid , keyboard changes british keys american keys, #/£, ~/| , "/@ around. in system->preferences->keyboard menu have set keyboard uk. when log via putty uk keys come out right. there other place more configuration required? /vfclistsguy actually settings should enough.. can try setxkbmap -query see current layout settings.
