Flash CS6 not responding every few seconds.

i've been working on few animation projects past few days, , flash cs6 tends show spinning blue wheel , white screen 10 seconds. irritating. done project if weren't bug.

 

specs:

windows 7 64-bit

nvidia geforce gt 540m

8gb ram

intel core i7

i using ubuntu desktop on lucid , keyboard changes british keys american keys, #/£, ~/| , "/@ around. in system->preferences->keyboard menu have set keyboard uk. when log via putty uk keys come out right. there other place more configuration required? /vfclistsguy actually settings should enough.. can try setxkbmap -query see current layout settings. how do I change the e-mail address for my merchant account
