How can I cancel a subscription to Adobe Export PDF which didn't work for my application?

i purchased adobe export pdf because needed convert incoming pdf file word.  time ever use program....  conversion did not work because there handwriting on document (which understand negate conversation).  how can cancel purchase?  not need program.
