How do I set Adobe Reader 9 as the default to open emailed Adobe pdfs?
i have reader 9, , used to have adobe pro xi let subscription lapse. can't open adobe pdfs emailed me , see messge saying need renew subscription. help!
changing default application os should change file type association pdf files.
for windows xp
start-> control panel-> folder options-> tab file types
for windows vista , windows 7
start-> default programs-> associate file type or protocol program
for windows 8
start-> type: “default programs”-> associate file type or protocol program
for mac
right click (ctrl click) on pdf file -> info -> change open with.
