Issues with missing fonts

hello every one. looking edit business cards have in indesign cs6. when open file tells me missing times new roman(otf). when go the  find font dialogue doesn't show open type version of times new roman on computer. show in brackets, have been told means font used in file isn't available. checked font book on computer , shows have font in open type(otf) version. make things stranger have opened same file in indesign cs5 on same computer , doesn't show missing fonts. 1 know why  cs6 haveing issues finding font?

i using ubuntu desktop on lucid , keyboard changes british keys american keys, #/£, ~/| , "/@ around. in system->preferences->keyboard menu have set keyboard uk. when log via putty uk keys come out right. there other place more configuration required? /vfclistsguy actually settings should enough.. can try setxkbmap -query see current layout settings. how do I change the e-mail address for my merchant account
