Keeping width in PDF the same.

i working in adobe acobat pro 9.i merging number of documents together. issue have documents portrait , landscape , wondering if there way of uniforming width of final document keep same width throughout document?

you use crop tool add white space bit odd. here old tip rick borstein's blog might work if you're shrinking pages:

instead of using reduce pringer margins in article can choose custom scale option. however, if pdf contains bookmarks, hyperlinks, or other interactive elements, don't recommend method because you'll loose them all.

i using ubuntu desktop on lucid , keyboard changes british keys american keys, #/£, ~/| , "/@ around. in system->preferences->keyboard menu have set keyboard uk. when log via putty uk keys come out right. there other place more configuration required? /vfclistsguy actually settings should enough.. can try setxkbmap -query see current layout settings.
