Package created - can't install (Mac)

the cloud packager has created 13.8gb file having trouble installing it.

 

the weird thing after chose installation destination, installer says 'installing software requires no additional space.' also, 'show files' in installer shows empty file list.

 

and install fails without description.

hi,

obviously went wrong in package creation if when try , "show files" there nothing there. can try , re-create package ? using creative cloud packager on machine no other cs software ?

i using ubuntu desktop on lucid , keyboard changes british keys american keys, #/£, ~/| , "/@ around. in system->preferences->keyboard menu have set keyboard uk. when log via putty uk keys come out right. there other place more configuration required? /vfclistsguy actually settings should enough.. can try setxkbmap -query see current layout settings.
