Thread: ffmpeg troubles in Lucid
i can't seem upgrade ffmpeg:
i tried following directions @code:sudo apt-get -f install ffmpeg reading package lists... done building dependency tree reading state information... done following new packages installed: ffmpeg 0 upgraded, 1 newly installed, 0 remove , 5 not upgraded. need 0b/767kb of archives. after operation, 2,191kb of additional disk space used. howto: install , use latest ffmpeg , x264

somehow yasm wasn't installed or fails. isn't there easier way having recompile ffmpeg?
