need on setting .htaccess

subpages doesn't work without " / " @ end.

example:

code:

www.domain.com/subpage1

(gets error)
while

code:

www.domain.com/subpage1/

(works normal)

there must way redirect (via htaccess) "subpages" "subpages/" don't know how.

knows how it?
in advance.

which web server using, apache, lighttpd, nginx or another?
