Thread: Problems with Zen X-Fi.

i've been using ubuntu 11.10 2 days now, , i'm having problems getting brand new zen x-fi work it.

can mount plugging in , opening banshee, can't transfer files. error message in banshee when dragging , dropping songs it.

when try access via 'places' (i'm using gnome classic) error: "unable mount creative zen x-fi, error initialising camera: -60: not lock device." doesn't have camera!

of time when it's plugged in, zen's screen keeps flipping between docked , active menu.

able load drive following troubleshooting found elsewhere online, when tried transfer files way told me "can't transfer, file exists!" or similar.

i'd appreciate help! thanks.

i using ubuntu desktop on lucid , keyboard changes british keys american keys, #/£, ~/| , "/@ around. in system->preferences->keyboard menu have set keyboard uk. when log via putty uk keys come out right. there other place more configuration required? /vfclistsguy actually settings should enough.. can try setxkbmap -query see current layout settings. how do I change the e-mail address for my merchant account
