Trying to listen to music or watch videos but cannot ?

im trying listen music , watch videos computer keep telling me download flash player in order listen music or watch vidoes problem allready downloaded 1 laptop still wont let me listen music or watch videos !!!!!what should ???????help me please!!!!!!                                                                                                 ::shay
