Audio losing sync when exporting to .mov

i've been using flash while now, i'm still inexperienced exporting .mov files, , first time have tried export large project contained audio. problem audio plays faster animation, , out of sync end, audio playing several seconds before supposed to. have tried every setting can think change, , tried rendering same .swf file in after effects. however, in after effects, when make sure have audio in output, rendered video had no sound. sound on timeline set stream , not event.

 

any appreciated. don't have of clue i'm doing.

1.if have placed audio on timeline, make sure put stream.

export large project

2.make sure computer has lot of processing power: playing , recording @ same time requires lot of ram/cpu, idle processes , shut them down.

3.if nothing helps, record audio/video seperately , match them afterwards in aftereffects/premiere

4.flash has maximum amount of frames can handle (16000 := 10 minutes), if project getting near limit, try dividing project.

i using ubuntu desktop on lucid , keyboard changes british keys american keys, #/£, ~/| , "/@ around. in system->preferences->keyboard menu have set keyboard uk. when log via putty uk keys come out right. there other place more configuration required? /vfclistsguy actually settings should enough.. can try setxkbmap -query see current layout settings.
