Audition CS6 Crashes constantly

i have session (.sesx file) trying modify after have sent premiere. need make adjustments mix such raising volume levels tracks. unfortunately, audition consistently crashing whenever try modify multi-track file. crashes when zooming.

 

i'm on mac , whenever adobe audition freezes "audition had trouble reading or writing disk" message dialog. have checked permissions , copied project different drive , neither of these things made difference.

i using ubuntu desktop on lucid , keyboard changes british keys american keys, #/£, ~/| , "/@ around. in system->preferences->keyboard menu have set keyboard uk. when log via putty uk keys come out right. there other place more configuration required? /vfclistsguy actually settings should enough.. can try setxkbmap -query see current layout settings. how do I change the e-mail address for my merchant account
