Cintiq pressure sensitivity goes away for one stroke when switching between apps

i use cintiq 13hd latest drivers on latest updated photoshop cs6 on windows 8 , 1 of problems i'm experiencing if switch between 2 programs such pdf viewer, , photoshop, lose pressure sensitivity first brush stroke.

 

1. drawing in photoshop

2. click on pdf viewer, or web browser

3. click on photoshop canvas , continue drawing

 

in step three, first brush stroke full opacity no pressure sensitivity. if lift wacom pen second , draw again, pressure sensitivity back.

 

does 1 have solution this?

i using ubuntu desktop on lucid , keyboard changes british keys american keys, #/£, ~/| , "/@ around. in system->preferences->keyboard menu have set keyboard uk. when log via putty uk keys come out right. there other place more configuration required? /vfclistsguy actually settings should enough.. can try setxkbmap -query see current layout settings.
