Complaint about subscription cloud service for Creative Suite

i want express complaint cloud model adobe has annouced creative suite.  have been client of adobe several years , feel let down type of model.  not 1 support @ all, request adobe continue offer product licensing same before.  if adobe not offer licensing model whereby can install , run software without subscription, discontinue using adobe products , find other solutions satisfy photography needs.  use photoshop lightroom , switch apple aperture , switch using photoshop open source software.  i'd continue support adobe in software business although subscription based model absolutely unacceptable me. 

 

please express discontentment senior management subscription based model , request subscription based model option , not forced option adobe customers.

i using ubuntu desktop on lucid , keyboard changes british keys american keys, #/£, ~/| , "/@ around. in system->preferences->keyboard menu have set keyboard uk. when log via putty uk keys come out right. there other place more configuration required? /vfclistsguy actually settings should enough.. can try setxkbmap -query see current layout settings.
