Encore - video thumbnails

hi, there option in encore (i'm using encore cs5 @ work), following things me:

 

i need insert 1 or several video in menu, in beginning video stay on first frame (so no movement), when move mouse cursor on video want start thumbnail video (in other words animate video in menu), not video, particular video. when remove cursor video want return still position, preferably @ beginning. tried knew, make video thumbnails still or animate of them simultaneously, not described above. possible think ask in encore, preferably in encore cs5?

you have use multiple menus "fake" this. cannot mouse hover; button has become focus, when highlighted using tv remote.

 

still buttons on menu 1. when enter button 1, autoactivates , sends menu 2, buttons video thumbnail active.

 

entering button autoactivates menu button plays alone.

i using ubuntu desktop on lucid , keyboard changes british keys american keys, #/£, ~/| , "/@ around. in system->preferences->keyboard menu have set keyboard uk. when log via putty uk keys come out right. there other place more configuration required? /vfclistsguy actually settings should enough.. can try setxkbmap -query see current layout settings.
