dear all,

    have been trying 2 days install program on pc. after

following instructions , advice still no go.

 

the program gets stage of save file showing download on

 

the installationpage, stops. run dialogue box not appear

and nothing appears on desk top.

 

    have downloaded same program on laptop no

problem, first try , working perfectly.

alatair adobe software or service trying download?  operating system using?  receive specific error messages?

i using ubuntu desktop on lucid , keyboard changes british keys american keys, #/£, ~/| , "/@ around. in system->preferences->keyboard menu have set keyboard uk. when log via putty uk keys come out right. there other place more configuration required? /vfclistsguy actually settings should enough.. can try setxkbmap -query see current layout settings. how do I change the e-mail address for my merchant account
