How to a move a domain from one BC account to another?

hi,

 

a colleague of mine has created site through muse , published business catalyst using adobe id, site has had domain added it. take domain name , move bc site under different adobe id. when go add domain below message domain in use.

 

 

how switch domain 1 bc site another?

the client needs delete domain current account first.
