Interactions will not insert in Captivate 6

i running trial version of captivate 6. when try insert interactions screen of available interactions appear cannot select of them. if try disappear screen. thoughts.

can try inserting interactions way, go insert-- widget, browse c:\program files (x86)\adobe\adobe captivate 6 \gallery\interactions add widget want , see if able customzie widget properties , insert slide.

i using ubuntu desktop on lucid , keyboard changes british keys american keys, #/£, ~/| , "/@ around. in system->preferences->keyboard menu have set keyboard uk. when log via putty uk keys come out right. there other place more configuration required? /vfclistsguy actually settings should enough.. can try setxkbmap -query see current layout settings. how do I change the e-mail address for my merchant account
