hello, have no knowledge such software ( time ago have purchased elements 6 -was frustrated able download picture, destroy , thats it) need advice here: making ( hand) collages ( mixed photo/parts of newspapers, pictures ect), ( learn online if possible) + brochure/expose/nice presentations in surreal way + use software daily work : web, emails, ect. need? software? photoshop elements or other? know online help? starting....

i using ubuntu desktop on lucid , keyboard changes british keys american keys, #/£, ~/| , "/@ around. in system->preferences->keyboard menu have set keyboard uk. when log via putty uk keys come out right. there other place more configuration required? /vfclistsguy actually settings should enough.. can try setxkbmap -query see current layout settings.
