Radio Button Selected Jumps User to Text Field

hello,

 

is there way jump user selected radio button text field.  example...

 

1.  user have 2 radio button options.  1 option yes , 1 option no.

2.  user must choose yes or no (it required)

3.  if user selects yes (radio button), form jump them text field fill in additional information.

 

i have been able checkbox not radio button.

 

i have been researching online , through forums have not found solution yet.

 

many guidance or resources!! 

it should similar how did check box. can explain how did it?

i using ubuntu desktop on lucid , keyboard changes british keys american keys, #/£, ~/| , "/@ around. in system->preferences->keyboard menu have set keyboard uk. when log via putty uk keys come out right. there other place more configuration required? /vfclistsguy actually settings should enough.. can try setxkbmap -query see current layout settings. how do I change the e-mail address for my merchant account
