Thread: DWA-552 is being buggy

so i'm using dlink dwa-552 pci wireless card , random reason wireless card either works or doesn't.

when start computer network manager detects no wireless devices. when run ifconfig , iwconfig wireless card doesn't show either. yet when run lspci card there.


card lacking in lspci when doesn't work.
code:
    capabilities: [44] power management version 2     kernel driver in use: ath9k     kernel modules: ath9k
my current assumption bug in ath9k driver, if there's can make card work whenever doesn't load appreciated.

if cant work $5 can buy usb wireless n device.
load driver , works well.
been using , fine.

i using ubuntu desktop on lucid , keyboard changes british keys american keys, #/£, ~/| , "/@ around. in system->preferences->keyboard menu have set keyboard uk. when log via putty uk keys come out right. there other place more configuration required? /vfclistsguy actually settings should enough.. can try setxkbmap -query see current layout settings. how do I change the e-mail address for my merchant account
