our current company doesn't have network monitoring tool, can't provide necessary evidence pin point using our bandwidth. use nagios monitoring tool since has reviews although of people it's little hard set specially me (beginner). inquire, possible run nagios on different flavor of ubuntu (lubuntu or xubuntu)? our company little tight on budget , available desktop here runs on 256mb 40gb hd. much

p.s. if has been answered before, please let me know.

nagios tool, it's service managing multiple modules, , handling output. install on systems, it's terminal/web-based, sounds overkill merely checking uses bandwidth.

perhaps more tailored tool?

i using ubuntu desktop on lucid , keyboard changes british keys american keys, #/£, ~/| , "/@ around. in system->preferences->keyboard menu have set keyboard uk. when log via putty uk keys come out right. there other place more configuration required? /vfclistsguy actually settings should enough.. can try setxkbmap -query see current layout settings. how do I change the e-mail address for my merchant account
