Thread: Need some help with windows I/O error
i have asus ul50vt laptop unable boot windows due i/o error. main concern files on hd haven't been able backup external (i.e. pics , music). created bootable ubuntu usb drive access files worked charm receiving error message (error splicing file: input/output error) while copying files over.
ideas or suggestions on how can fix headache? i'm pretty clueless ubuntu...
appreciated.
i've read fixing windows mbr resolve problem, when attempt error code:
