Thread: static IP with wubi

hi,
possible assign static ip wubi? don't have physical access machine (i'm on holiday ) , there no dhcp server available , wondering if possible (not supported, that) this.
if so, know if there equivalent command (to grub or lilo) lets boot particular value in windows boot list once? basically, have windows server want reboot wubi , reboot windows after.

i using ubuntu desktop on lucid , keyboard changes british keys american keys, #/£, ~/| , "/@ around. in system->preferences->keyboard menu have set keyboard uk. when log via putty uk keys come out right. there other place more configuration required? /vfclistsguy actually settings should enough.. can try setxkbmap -query see current layout settings. how do I change the e-mail address for my merchant account
