Trouble getting started with Creative Cloud

after trial ended, started subscription creative cloud. various apps show updated downloaded apps? can't find of them launch. trial easy.

which operating system on?

 

on windows should able launch programs start menu. on mac os x should able launch programs applications folder. launch links in adobe application manager (aam) convenience links use after initial installs. after aam restarted links go away.

i using ubuntu desktop on lucid , keyboard changes british keys american keys, #/£, ~/| , "/@ around. in system->preferences->keyboard menu have set keyboard uk. when log via putty uk keys come out right. there other place more configuration required? /vfclistsguy actually settings should enough.. can try setxkbmap -query see current layout settings.
