Unable to edit link in Contribute CS5 (mac)

i trying edit webpage in contribute.  create draft of homepage, , trying edit 1 of links.  however, other small text box, mouse pointer circle slash through it, , can't edit link need edit.  contribute cs5 on mac.  ideas?

did create site?

 

it sounds site built using templates , contains uneditable regions or it's within include file (or few other possibilities). have link page can't edit link on?

 

if so, provide link page , let know link can't edit , can look.

i using ubuntu desktop on lucid , keyboard changes british keys american keys, #/£, ~/| , "/@ around. in system->preferences->keyboard menu have set keyboard uk. when log via putty uk keys come out right. there other place more configuration required? /vfclistsguy actually settings should enough.. can try setxkbmap -query see current layout settings. how do I change the e-mail address for my merchant account
