my system crashed , had re-install windows (i updated vista windows 7).  have cd old macromedia dreamweaver mx 2004 , downloaded it.  saved files on flash drive , reinstalled program - putting in old serial number.  working.

 

but, not remember how set "manage site".  had same problem when installed program , unfortunately, did not write down supposed input.  so, unable upload onto website.

i using ubuntu desktop on lucid , keyboard changes british keys american keys, #/£, ~/| , "/@ around. in system->preferences->keyboard menu have set keyboard uk. when log via putty uk keys come out right. there other place more configuration required? /vfclistsguy actually settings should enough.. can try setxkbmap -query see current layout settings.
