Why does adobe illustrator cs6 trial version keep uninstalling after restart?

i have downloaded trial version of adobe illustrator,

i work turn computer off, next day file has no icon , not load when clicked upon.

any this?

nobody can know. not offering system information or otehr details. system recovery virus scanners , otehr security tools quarantining file or not installing sufficient user privileges in teh first place , changes not becoming permanent.

i using ubuntu desktop on lucid , keyboard changes british keys american keys, #/£, ~/| , "/@ around. in system->preferences->keyboard menu have set keyboard uk. when log via putty uk keys come out right. there other place more configuration required? /vfclistsguy actually settings should enough.. can try setxkbmap -query see current layout settings. how do I change the e-mail address for my merchant account
