Why is edge code so many sprints behind brackets?

hi.

i'm using brackets , decided check out edge code see differences were, 2 differences see use webfonts in code , code few sprints behind brackets. got me wondering of why behind. reason figure out stability brackets quite stable right imo. turn this

great editor btw!

we spun separate edge code team start working on edge code-specific features on top of brackets work other tools , services in creative cloud. team rolling we'll updating more (once month) , tracking brackets sprints more closely. we'll working on more features edge code beyond web fonts integration.

 

so it's not issue of stability, getting pieces in place. we're working on new version of edge code , we'll have news/updates in next couple of weeks.

 

if have questions, feel free drop me email. i'm looking @ putting prerelease list people willing test out non-public versions of edge code , give feedback on product. if that's you'd interested in, let me know.

i using ubuntu desktop on lucid , keyboard changes british keys american keys, #/£, ~/| , "/@ around. in system->preferences->keyboard menu have set keyboard uk. when log via putty uk keys come out right. there other place more configuration required? /vfclistsguy actually settings should enough.. can try setxkbmap -query see current layout settings. how do I change the e-mail address for my merchant account
