Adobe Acrobat XI will not open

the recent install of adobe acrobat xi has not worked date. fail open error when launched says there missing .dll!

 

i return dll in meantime hope me. have uninstalled old acrobat 7 pro, photoshop 7, flash cs4, , indesign cs2 there no clutter. have digital signage customers on hold , nobody adobe can reached!

sorry hear you're having trouble!  full error message receive when launch acrobat? let know os you're using?

i using ubuntu desktop on lucid , keyboard changes british keys american keys, #/£, ~/| , "/@ around. in system->preferences->keyboard menu have set keyboard uk. when log via putty uk keys come out right. there other place more configuration required? /vfclistsguy actually settings should enough.. can try setxkbmap -query see current layout settings.
