AIR file damaged

os x 10.8.3 2.7 ghz intel core i7

 

when trying install air application (wimp), following message:

the application not installed because installer file damaged.

try obtaining new installer file application author.

 

this log output:

the error leads me believe file has been damaged.  .air file available on web can give try?

i using ubuntu desktop on lucid , keyboard changes british keys american keys, #/£, ~/| , "/@ around. in system->preferences->keyboard menu have set keyboard uk. when log via putty uk keys come out right. there other place more configuration required? /vfclistsguy actually settings should enough.. can try setxkbmap -query see current layout settings. how do I change the e-mail address for my merchant account
