Broken WebHelp, missing *.js files in whxdata folder

hello,

 

i use additional brainpower. have 6000+ users waiting me fix broken policy/procedure webhelp system. here's state of play.

 

•         when publish existing project webhelp pro full-text search no toc auto-sync.
•         when publish existing project webhelp (local drive) have toc auto-sync no search ("fail initiate database" , null results).
•         if create , publish small new webhelp project (local drive) both toc sync , search.
•         if publish same small new project webhelppro rh server, search no toc auto-sync.

 

adobe has acknowledged broken toc auto-sync due rh server bug (# 3019390) not intend fix. webhelp system useless without auto-syncing toc. useless without search capability.

 

there *.js files missing ssl>whxdata folder. reason unable insert images here using toolbar button above ("server error").

can tell me how permanently restore missing *js files project? (the missing files generated when create new project).

i not rh server user first thing try delete cpd of project , generate webhelp again. see if fixes output first.

i using ubuntu desktop on lucid , keyboard changes british keys american keys, #/£, ~/| , "/@ around. in system->preferences->keyboard menu have set keyboard uk. when log via putty uk keys come out right. there other place more configuration required? /vfclistsguy actually settings should enough.. can try setxkbmap -query see current layout settings. how do I change the e-mail address for my merchant account
