Can't fix Adobe Flash on new Win 8 computer

in reference message 4600521, trying remove adobe flash , reinstall stop prompting me install it.  can remove following - flash util_actnex  flash util_act.dll , flash,ocx.  getting message not authorized (trusted installer error) , can't remove.  have spent hours on , want flash working correctly.

i don't understand reference message 4600521 - question graphics driver.

 

what browser use?  if ie10, use windows update update flash player.  if different, please describe problem in detail.

i using ubuntu desktop on lucid , keyboard changes british keys american keys, #/£, ~/| , "/@ around. in system->preferences->keyboard menu have set keyboard uk. when log via putty uk keys come out right. there other place more configuration required? /vfclistsguy actually settings should enough.. can try setxkbmap -query see current layout settings.
