contact info for customer service?


i purchased formscentral teams plan nonprofit.  product great, customer service worst i've ever experienced.  i'm getting triple-billed , seem have lost teams plan in process.  representatives on "chat" unhelpful, and, after waiting hour customer service on phone, person spoke barely comprehensible and, in event, said have me , never did. 

 

does have e-mail address customer service?  perhaps if spelled out problems in 1 e-mail work better.  or should write old fashioned letter corporate hq?
