Encore CS5 audio not in sync

hi,

 

i'm hoping can me soon.  have multiple timelines created in encore.  have noticed 25% of them have audio out of sync.  there nothing complicated how built timelines.  did create timeline , drop in original video came off sd card.  timelines have video same source. did not mess audio , don't know if can matter because i'm new program.  anyway, original videos play fine in finder.  i'm using imac os x 10.7

 

i've been trying figure out hours , researching on google no avail.  i'm frustrated right adobe products.  adobe staff, if reading this, beg of please slow down.  quite trying make more features.  bet safely 95% of faithful users rather have working software rather more features.  waste time trying resolve these "little" issues, because put halt productivity. time money adobe.  sad.  i'm writing this, i'm realizing begging or ******** absolutely nothing.  i'd have better luck playing pick sticks *** cheeks.  should study luxology's way of handling customer support.  each , every email goes present , replies back.  make adjustments based off of other customers saying.  can't 1 bad thing forums either.  if have issues, don't directed in india.  don't have enough time tell how 1 of last calls went them.  not experts.  not close. pissed.

also, not video direct sd card legal dvd, or bluray, means encore needs transcode video make legal unspecified output... encore status of video... needing transcoded or not?
