illustrator cs 6 tools get hidden

hi,

 

fairly regularly illustrator decides hide tools set / , panels color / font etc behind artboard.

 

it doesn't happen on starting program, maybe hour or 2 using , find tools hidden , can drag windows around find them again.

 

they vanish @ times if in middle screen mode (clicking 'f' once access) - again doesn't happen.

update graphics , tablet drivcers.

i using ubuntu desktop on lucid , keyboard changes british keys american keys, #/£, ~/| , "/@ around. in system->preferences->keyboard menu have set keyboard uk. when log via putty uk keys come out right. there other place more configuration required? /vfclistsguy actually settings should enough.. can try setxkbmap -query see current layout settings. how do I change the e-mail address for my merchant account
