Missing Echo Sign Button

workstations running windows 7 professioanl on domain server 2003 sbs.

 

users missing echo sign button next tools , comments. have tried various registry fixes found searching google group policy attempts well. have reinstalled software several times. when run program adminisrator sign button available. when run standard user ability disapears. seems related permissions or policies preventing users using function of program.

 

any ideas?

is there can help.. still need solution.

i using ubuntu desktop on lucid , keyboard changes british keys american keys, #/£, ~/| , "/@ around. in system->preferences->keyboard menu have set keyboard uk. when log via putty uk keys come out right. there other place more configuration required? /vfclistsguy actually settings should enough.. can try setxkbmap -query see current layout settings.
