Smart shape issue in subscription version 6.1

hello lieve-

 

it has been several months since last provided welcome tech support appreciated.

 

the problem having unable change fill of smart shapes default  can change alpha it. cannot change color nor can change default gradient solid color nor texture. (oddly, can change color , other parameters of stroke).

 

this documented version 6.1.0.240 @ (my version 6.1.0.319):

but cannot find preferences folder mentioned in link delete it.

 

any thoughts?

ron,

there no folder called preferences.  forum post shows, folder need delete or rename called adobe captivate 6.  that's preferences folder.  confusing know, that's how adobe built it.

i using ubuntu desktop on lucid , keyboard changes british keys american keys, #/£, ~/| , "/@ around. in system->preferences->keyboard menu have set keyboard uk. when log via putty uk keys come out right. there other place more configuration required? /vfclistsguy actually settings should enough.. can try setxkbmap -query see current layout settings. how do I change the e-mail address for my merchant account
