Thread: Switching from WUBI to partition

hi,

think @ limit of wubi (16gb). decide make new partition , rid of size constraints of wubi.

there easy way migrate wubi partition? in other words, let’s make new partition on hard disk. there way of transferring wubi installation onto newly partitioned space?

ps: using ubuntu 10.10

a wubi installation can moved partition bit of work . may easier remove wubi , install traditional dual boot .

i using ubuntu desktop on lucid , keyboard changes british keys american keys, #/£, ~/| , "/@ around. in system->preferences->keyboard menu have set keyboard uk. when log via putty uk keys come out right. there other place more configuration required? /vfclistsguy actually settings should enough.. can try setxkbmap -query see current layout settings. how do I change the e-mail address for my merchant account
