Thread: Unity bar doesn't show my program

hi,

on 11.10. running program source insight (installed through wine) has gone in background , ubuntu bar doesn't recognize running. if click on program's icon opens new instance , can't open project working on since open in instance.

system monitor shows program running there no option of "bring front"

happens every time run program - cant let go in background. ideas why might happening , cures?

unity usability related bug .. oh how hate unity interface .. wish go in time !

i using ubuntu desktop on lucid , keyboard changes british keys american keys, #/£, ~/| , "/@ around. in system->preferences->keyboard menu have set keyboard uk. when log via putty uk keys come out right. there other place more configuration required? /vfclistsguy actually settings should enough.. can try setxkbmap -query see current layout settings. how do I change the e-mail address for my merchant account
