Thread: Unity Menu Editing like in Gnome 2

hi, have used ubuntu on , off since 10.04 on laptop , wondering if knew of way edit menu items in unity way used done program alacarte. reason want add flash games games menu entry. have been without solution since 11.04. appreciated.

adding shortcut sidepanel (launcher) easy. open application want add sidepanel.. if go mouse sidepanel see icon. right click on icon , select keep in launcher. added launcher.

there no top panel in gnome 2. every program either started launcher or dash (open dash windows key or click on ubuntu logo in top left corner of launcher)

i using ubuntu desktop on lucid , keyboard changes british keys american keys, #/£, ~/| , "/@ around. in system->preferences->keyboard menu have set keyboard uk. when log via putty uk keys come out right. there other place more configuration required? /vfclistsguy actually settings should enough.. can try setxkbmap -query see current layout settings. how do I change the e-mail address for my merchant account
