Upgrading Adobe Application Manager gives error A12E1 - now what?

just wanted install flash. application manager first needed upgrading , stalls on error "seems problem installation (error code a12e1)". have now? got similar error code 5 weeks ago, , remove application manage had remove adobe apps first! hope there way of fixing this.

download latest version of aam here , install it:

 

adobe - adobe application manager : windows

 

adobe - adobe application manager : macintosh

i using ubuntu desktop on lucid , keyboard changes british keys american keys, #/£, ~/| , "/@ around. in system->preferences->keyboard menu have set keyboard uk. when log via putty uk keys come out right. there other place more configuration required? /vfclistsguy actually settings should enough.. can try setxkbmap -query see current layout settings.
