Video_TS file empty though video plays

i have number of dvds copied vhs home movies years back. of these can import , edit in premier pro no problems. few, however, show empty video_ts folder, although play fine, including menus, in both vlc , dvd player (macos). video_ts folder shows empty in both finder , in media browser.

any suggestions importing these premier pro appreciated.

that's new one.

 

bring disk on windows machine.  same thing?

i using ubuntu desktop on lucid , keyboard changes british keys american keys, #/£, ~/| , "/@ around. in system->preferences->keyboard menu have set keyboard uk. when log via putty uk keys come out right. there other place more configuration required? /vfclistsguy actually settings should enough.. can try setxkbmap -query see current layout settings.
