AIR 3.7 app won't install on Transformer Infinity, gives "device storage full" error

i upgraded air 3.7 , have found air android app, published flash cs6 ide, no longer install on asus transformer infinity. both flash , asus sync software report installation error , device storage full. if transfer apk onto tablet windows , try install apk directly on transformer tries install , reports installation failed. issue occurs multiple computers. reverting air 3.5 causes app work again. storage not full; have 10 gigabytes free. usb debugging , installation of non-market apps enabled.

 

does know might cause? same app compiled air 3.7 does work on samsung galaxy tab 2 7.0.
