Can't Download the Apps

i downloaded trial version no problem. before trial over, purchased full version of cloud. told tech via chat uninstall trial version before installing new apps. have uninstalled trial version , able download adobe application manager, not install apps. have been trying install illustrator 3 straight days. take 4 hours download 70% , stop , file corrupt or there's no network. i'm totally confused?? had no problems trial version , i'm using paid version won't work.

 

just wanted try see if can work out here before cancel subscription. appreciated.

kimmiebee recommend reviewing installation logs exact error message preventing installation.  please see troubleshoot install logs | cs5, cs5.5, cs6 - http://helpx.adobe.com/creative-suite/kb/troubleshoot-install-logs-cs5-cs5.html information on how locate , interpret installation log files.

i using ubuntu desktop on lucid , keyboard changes british keys american keys, #/£, ~/| , "/@ around. in system->preferences->keyboard menu have set keyboard uk. when log via putty uk keys come out right. there other place more configuration required? /vfclistsguy actually settings should enough.. can try setxkbmap -query see current layout settings.
