Can a forms central generated fillable PDF be updated and submitted multiple times?

i creating set of forms support client's workflow.  1 of forms budget worksheet, showing budgeted amount , actual amount.  since previous form submission can't accessed , updated, conidering using fillable pdf.  understand previous submission can't updated, can form resubmitted, creating new row in database?

yes, form can submitted on , on again. each submission new row in response table.

i using ubuntu desktop on lucid , keyboard changes british keys american keys, #/£, ~/| , "/@ around. in system->preferences->keyboard menu have set keyboard uk. when log via putty uk keys come out right. there other place more configuration required? /vfclistsguy actually settings should enough.. can try setxkbmap -query see current layout settings.
