Can't install Adobe Flash due to "Aktionsliste nicht gefunden" error (action list not found).

hi there,

i'm on mac os x 10.8.3 , have trouble updating/installing latest version of adobe flash.

i had flash installed normal update fail "aktionsliste nicht gefunden" error (action list not found).

then uninstalled flash (via adobe tool) , tried installing several times scratch i'm getting same error.

i disabled avast virus software before installing still, same error.

please, there needs solution this. know how around error, can install latest version of flash?
