How would you edit a blurry video with such lightning?

hello there! it's first video , need guys. have no idea how adjust less blurry, lighting bad nothing works want to. saturation makes more blurry, same contrast. sharp doesn't work @ all. i've tried mess 3 way color corrector have no idea choose, , anyway won't remove blurry effect sure. give me combinations, hope made room video nice. problem camera - recorded phone, that's main factor. work in cs6, , it's amazing program, props of know well!

 

 

have tried make beuatiful filter?  kidding!  first of if want video, don't use phone.  video production not cheap , can't cut corners if want good.  okay enough of lecture. 

 

you try shriking video, may make less blurry.  if shot in in hd, resize down sd size.  not best full screen playback, mayby enough youtube.

 

look renting small video package next shoot.  glad did.
